Job Overview:
The Human Resource Generalist will work as a collaborative member of the Human Resources department in a rapidly changing, complex and fast-paced environment.
This position will serve as the first line human resources business partner within the assigned geographic region for HR-related matters, with the goal of aligning HR best practices to business strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Sociology or related field; Relevant professional experience may be substituted for degree/education on a year-for-year basis.
Experience:
2-3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
